Here he gentlemen Shade Man taking the Role of Giant Bat...well someone had to do it 
I based it around Rockman 7 FC sprite (Since I couldn't find an official one from The Neo Geo pocket fighter...though I'm not sure he's in that one since I haven't played that game...)
So I hope that the guys who made it don't mind...that much
Not much frames since he will be the first boss, so yeah.
If you haven't heard of Rockman 7 FC then go find it, it's basically what Rockman 7 should have been
